DEPOSIT ::
Policy for Guest Who Reserves 1-2 rooms:
For non-prepaid reservations, The Water Street Inn requires a deposit equal to 50% of the cost of your stay to confirm your reservation. The deposit must be made by credit card or personal check. All deposits made by personal check must be received at The Water Street Inn within seven days of the time the reservation is made. All reservations where a personal check is being used to pay for the deposit you will be required to have a credit card on file. One night reservations are paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable. Rates are subject to applicable sales and room taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice or obligation.

Policy for Guest Who Reserves 3 or more rooms:
For non-prepaid reservations, The Water Street Inn requires a deposit equal to 50% of each room cost of your stay to confirm your reservation. The deposit must be made by credit card or personal check. All deposits made by personal check must be received at The Water Street Inn within seven days of the time the reservation is made. All reservations where a personal check is being used to pay for the deposit you will be required to have a credit card on file. The balance of each room is due 30 days prior to arrival date. Multiple one night reservations are paid in full at time of booking and are non-refundable. Rates are subject to applicable sales and room taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice or obligation.
 

 

CANCELLATIONS ::
Policy for Guest Who Reserves 1-2 rooms:
There is a $20.00 handling fee on all cancellations. Deposits will be refunded in full minus $20.00 upon notice of cancellation made 15 or more days prior to the first day of your reservation. If you need to cancel your reservation between 3 and 14 days of your planned visit, a 50% refund of your deposit will be provided. Please understand that cancellations made within 72 hours of your stay you will forfeit the total deposit amount. If a reservation is cancelled on day of arrival, or is changed after arrival or by early departure you will be responsible for the balance of the original reservation. One night reservations are paid in full at time of booking and is non-refundable.

Policy for Guest Who Reserves 3 or more rooms:
There is a $20.00 handling fee on all cancellations. Deposits will be refunded upon notice of cancellation made 30 or more days prior to the first day of your reservations. If you need to cancel your reservation anytime within 30 days of your arrival date a refund will only be issued if your reservations are re-rented.  If a reservation is cancelled on day of arrival, or is changed after arrival or by early departure you will be responsible for the balance of the original reservation. Multiple One night reservations are paid in full at time of booking and are non-refundable.

REFUNDS :: No refunds for early departures.

PETS :: No pets are allowed in rooms or on premises. Service dogs will be welcomed with proper documentation. A $100.00 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if a pet is found in your room. You will also be asked to leave with no refund for unused portion of your reservation.

BIKES :: Bikes are not allowed in rooms or on decks.

SMOKING NOT PERMITTED :: All rooms and deck areas are non-smoking. Smoking on decks or in rooms you will be asked to leave with no refund for unused portion of your reservation.
