Rates :: All rates based on double occupancy.
All rooms subject to 5.5% sales tax & 5.5% room tax.
Extras :: Children 3 and under Free
Ages 4 and up $10.00/person
Deposit :: A credit card hold will be required at time of booking your reservation.
Full payment will be required at check-in.
Cancellations :: A 14 day or more cancellation notice will be required with no fees.
Cancellation of reservation within 14 days prior to your check in date will result in one night’s fee being charged to your credit card.
Cancellation of reservation within 7 days prior to your check in date will result in your entire stay being charged to your credit card unless we are able to re-rent your room.
Refunds :: Full payment is required at Check In. No refunds for early departures.
Pets :: No pets are allowed in rooms or on premises. Service dogs will be welcomed with proper documentation. A $100.00 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if a pet is found in your room. You will also be asked to leave with no refund for unused portion of your reservation.
Bikes are not allowed in rooms or on decks.
All rooms and deck areas are non-smoking.
